I find myself doing things that my dad does and it drives me nuts.
You have self awareness and the desire to do good. I think that alone is a great indicator that you won’t adopt your mom’s not so great qualities.
And as someone who never seems to have a tissue when I need it, I think you might be on to something. ;)
