I remember learning about Mathew Perry’s struggles with addiction. I’m a huge ‘Friends’ fan and read that right after the episode where he married Monica, he had to leave for rehab. As you said, addiction doesn’t discriminate and money can’t fix deep seeded sadness and trauma.
