I think it’s much more about authentic engagement than the number of followers! But my views vs reads ratio is typically underwhelming. I’ve stopped checking it. I’ve found the more I engage, the more others reciprocate. I’ve seen people with 4k plus followers have little to no responses. Probably lack of engagement
