I think you’ve summed up nicely why I will never be taking taekwondo!

Kicked in my squishy gut, punched and thrashed in my stick-like forearms, pushed in my weak chest, and stabbed in my weathered back with a blunt object — it was all part of the act at Taekwondo class.
