It’s really interesting (yet sad) to hear how the housing situation is on your side of the pond. I am in a situation where we have sold our home but cannot find a house in the area we are moving to. There are no houses on the market so any house that is for sale gets sold for a ridiculous price. There was a 400k house that ended up in a bidding war and sold for $575k. It’s insane! It’s a crappy situation to be in!
