I’ve been in the position where there were no good reasons for me not to be with someone but I just couldn’t make myself love them. It’s never easy but you can’t beat yourself up over it. You were honest and didn’t string her along once you were certain how you felt. I’ve also had someone string me along well past our end date and that was way worse.
