Pulled me right in with that title and did not disappoint! It's funny how the one big one--focusing on health-- is arguably one of the most important yet for me (and many others) it's the most neglected. As a mom, I put everything into helping everyone else so this is a nice reminder that helping myself IS helping everyone else.
