This makes perfect sense to me! I do the same thing with my favorite tv shows.

Watching a movie I’ve seen multiple times calms me when my anxiety is running high. Knowing what’s going to happen allows me to enjoy the scenes without feeling stressed about how things are going to turn out. It’s quirky, I know.
